THE TACTICAL SITE SURVEY
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The tactical site survey is one of the best ways to
be proactive in preparing for operations against
criminal activity, or terrorist events. Not
preparing them is to severely cripple your
capability to deal with a given tactical situation.
Site preparation surveys on high profile targets are
a high priority consideration. This being the case
it is essential that tactical site surveys be
conducted as thoroughly as possible.
This course of instruction will cover every aspect
of site surveys, and how they are documented. Topics
will include valuable information on how to conduct
risk analysis of potential sites, how a site survey
lays the groundwork for successful operations, as
well as legal and logistical considerations. Other
topics include the use of emerging technologies in
site preparation, as well as command and control at
the site. The course is about three hours long. It
is a PowerPoint presentation, which is full of cost,
and time cutting ideas that will provide through and
professional results during an operation. Finally, I
will show you how you can test the survey by
performing a simulation, which will immediately
point out vulnerabilities.
EXECUTIVE PROTECTION
SEMINAR FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT
SEMINAR DESCRIPTION:
With the accelerated level of criminal activity, and
the ever-increasing threat of terrorism, many
departments are faced with the challenging task of
ensuring that their dignitary protection program, if
one exists, is current, and prepared to handle the
job. Much more than simply a bodyguard course,
instruction includes: organization of a protective
detail, explosive devices, risk analysis, mission
planning putting it all together.
Other topics include area security, transitory
protection, asset protection as well as operations
at the command center.. This is a two-day seminar
crammed with expert advice and organizational
planning ideas. An executive protocol addresses all
aspects of conducting protective operations with the
client’s family, as well as the executive boardroom.
Whether from a terrorist, criminal, or mentally
deranged individual, kidnapping and assassination is
a real threat. A protective detail cannot be thrown
together; it must be comprised of well-trained
individuals, under a capable command and control.
This seminar will lay the foundation for departments
to form and maintain a close protection team, and to
implement policy and training.

know about terrorism, investigative techniques
unique to terrorism cases. Some of the investigative

are discussed to include new investigative

SIMULATIONS TRAINING
ABOUT OPFOR, TERRORIST SIMULATIONS:
Professional scenario development, and role-playing,
conducted by experienced professionals, which come
from a variety of backgrounds, from Law Enforcement,
and Special Operations community. We can provide
realistic penetration, or hostage simulations, which
will test your installations security and response
force capabilities.
The terrorists are not conventional, and the
training should not follow conventional, or canned
exercises. Tactical simulations should test every
member of your team to the maximum by providing
realism throughout the simulation. Everything should
be as it would in real life, from weapons, clothing,
and tactics. Our knowledge of international, and
domestic terrorism allows us to tailor the
simulations to your specific threat level.
Whether for corporate clients, government agencies,
or Law enforcement, realistic training is critical
in preparing for the realities of terrorist
violence. Canned scenarios using inexperienced
personnel will not test your team’s performance to
the maximum. We can assist you in preparing for
special threat and crisis situations.
In addition to the situational training, security
